The USB player is extremely easy to use and receiving and uploading production updates can be done very quickly. Your on hold production will be sent to you in a digital format (either MP3 or .WAV) by e-mail and from there you simply “drag and drop” the file onto a USB flash drive and plug the drive into the machine. It’s that simple!
